We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Controls Specialist to enhance our project management capabilities in the Oil & Gas and EPC sectors. This role is vital for leveraging data analytics to improve project outcomes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project control data analysis frameworks to provide actionable insights.
- Create and implement dashboards and reporting tools that visualize key project metrics.
- Monitor project performance, cost variances, and timelines using advanced analytical techniques.
- Identify trends and anomalies in project data and recommend corrective actions to project managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analysis into project control processes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all project forecasting and reporting activities.
- Assist in the development of project control policies and procedures that incorporate data analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project controls within the Oil & Gas or EPC sectors.
- Project lifecycle exposure preferred from conceptual Engineering down to PRE-FEED, FEED, and Execution.
- Experience in oil & gas EPC project controls (scheduling, cost estimating/controls).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
