Ajdan Real Estate Development Company is seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to play a key role in our real estate operations in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. Your focus will be on driving sales and enhancing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients via networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations showcasing the benefits of our real estate offerings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with advantageous terms for both the company and clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows while expanding your professional network.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports for management.
Preferred Candidate:
- 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and understanding of contract terms.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
