Position Objective:
The Sales Associate is responsible for representing the brand by maximizing sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience. This role involves performing various operational duties, such as store maintenance and maintaining visual presentation standards as assigned by the store manager or assistant store manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right product.
- Convert window shoppers to ultimate buyers.
- Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
- Serve customers with the highest standards and follow the company selling guidelines (GUEST – Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
- Stay updated about various brands for suggestive selling.
Merchandise:
- Ensure stock is laid out and displayed to attract customers and follow standard layout norms.
- Follow VM guidelines and maintain stock norms on clearance.
- Record inventory movement and maintain relevant reports.
- Handle the POS (Point of Sale) / Billing Counter efficiently.
- Tally cash in the cash till at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Process payments accurately.
- Maintain security awareness at all times.
- Adhere to SOP and Loss Prevention Policies.

مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على التعامل مع العملاء باحترافية.
إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج المبيعات.
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى متوسط على الأقل.
