Join Marafiq as a General Accountant!
Marafiq is seeking a motivated General Accountant to ensure the organization’s financial integrity by delivering accurate, compliant, and timely financial reports while maintaining robust internal controls. As a part of our team, you will support strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare management reports by compiling financial data and providing insights into financial performance.
• Conduct variance analysis for management and follow up with departments on discrepancies.
• Analyze unit costs and identify trends to support profitability goals.
• Conduct vendor financial reviews to mitigate risks and ensure reliable partnerships.
• Prepare and maintain revenue requirements for business segments and submit tariff filings to regulatory bodies.

Minimum Education Requirements:
A university degree in a financial or accounting discipline.

Minimum Experience Requirements:
4+ years of relevant experience in accounting within a large industrial or utility organization is preferred.

Professional Certification(s):
Preference will be given to candidates with CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent certifications.
