Join TÜV Rheinland as an Area Sales Manager!
At TÜV Rheinland, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Area Sales Manager to be part of our Industrial Services & Cybersecurity business unit. In this role, you will contribute significantly to our mission of shaping the future of industry through digitalization and networking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and monitor sales targets and KPIs.
  • Manage operative sales within your area, including coaching and motivating the sales team.
  • Handle sales pipeline management and address gaps effectively.
  • Conduct customer visits alongside sales executives as needed.
  • Set yearly sales targets and define strategic plans in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Implement governance compliant processes and develop sales management routines.
  • Foster collaboration across business sectors to enhance customer development.

Experience & Qualifications:
  • Fluent in English (B2 Upper Intermediate); additional languages are a plus.
  • User knowledge of MS Office, ***********, and SAP CRM.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, including 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, consultative selling, and analysis.
  • Experience working within intercultural teams.
