Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the full recruitment cycle, create job descriptions, and post vacancies.
- Interview and Selection: Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate hiring decisions.
- Candidate Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Talent Sourcing: Develop strategies to attract top talent, build a candidate pipeline, and maintain recruitment databases.
- Recruitment Reporting: Prepare reports on activities and analyze data for recruitment improvement.
- Employer Branding: Promote the organization’s values and culture in recruitment communications.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices adhere to local labor laws and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in healthcare.
