Key Responsibilities:

• Unpack, label, and store incoming goods in designated locations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions using inventory management software.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies to maintain optimal inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery to customers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers for timely delivery.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Keep the warehouse organized and hazard-free.
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed.

  • Shadow experienced supervisors to gain practical exposure.
  • Prepare regular reports documenting learning progress and observations.
• Warehouse Operations and Logistics:
  • Assist supervisors with receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking inventory.
  • Contribute to planning and execution of warehouse activities.
  • Develop proficiency in utilizing warehouse management systems.
  • Participate in inventory audits and stocktaking procedures.
• Leadership and Supervision:
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Communication and Collaboration:
  • Foster a collaborative work environment through effective communication.
  • Actively participate in team discussions.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Commit to safety by adhering to company procedures and regulations.
