Must Have:

• 810 years of experience in shipping operations or logistics.
• Strong understanding of vessel operations and port management.

Job Summary:
Leading the establishment of the SPARK facility for Isolation Valves in Saudi Arabia, including plant layout design, manufacturing setup, resource planning, tooling and fixtures, development of standard operating procedures, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Operations: Define and implement the SPARK manufacturing strategy for Isolation Valves and establish Key Performance Indicators.
• Operational Excellence: Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Quality and Compliance: Collaborate with the Quality Manager to develop and maintain an effective quality program.
• Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Ensure HSE protocols are strictly followed.
• People Management: Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a skilled operations team.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME): Serve as the primary technical contact for customer complaints and field issues.

Requirements:
Degree in Engineering or equivalent with 20+ years in the Valve & Automation Industry, mainly in Operations and After-sales support. Previous handling of an operation team for valves & actuators preferred.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Drilling Services (Directional Drilling and MWD).
• 2+ years of P&L experience, especially in the Saudi market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Scientific discipline.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
