At Dana Rayhaan by Rotana, we are looking for passionate and dynamic Sales professionals who are dedicated to delivering extraordinary levels of customer service while providing creative solutions to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement all sales activities to maximize business opportunities in your area.
Ensure comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, managing relationships with accounts at all levels.
Negotiate prices with customers for transient and group business.
Produce and promote sales leads for Rotana.
Provide insights on market conditions and trends to enhance sales strategies.
Maintain files of major accounts and assist in managing the accounts system.
Focus on maximizing upselling opportunities during negotiations.

Skills and Qualifications:

Degree in Sales with a minimum of two years postgraduate work experience in the hotel industry.
Computer literate with excellent presentation and communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.

Competencies:

Guest and service-oriented attitude with a proactive approach.
Strong integrity and professionalism in interactions.
Track record of exceeding targets with the ability to execute sales strategies.
Understanding of hotel operations and team collaboration.

Role Purpose:
As the Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Sales Supervisors, Salesmen, and Merchandising Supervisors to effectively achieve sales and profitability targets in alignment with our company policies.

Budgeting: Prepare and recommend the sales branch budget, monitor financial performance, and identify improvement opportunities.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
