Role Overview:
This full-time, on-site position is located in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Engineer, you will:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to our customers.
  • Identify and implement effective industrial solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales.
  • Prepare technical proposals and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support for industrial products.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in Sales with the ability to identify customer needs.
  • Technical knowledge of industrial bearings or similar products is an advantage.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in the bearing industry or industrial manufacturing is beneficial.
  • Valid driver’s license and can start immediately.

1. الهدف من الوظيفة (ملخص الدور)
مهندس المبيعات – B2B مسؤول عن دفع نمو الإيرادات من خلال المبيعات القائمة على المشاريع والحسابات لمنتجات مصنع أضواء الكهربائية في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية. يجمع هذا الدور بين الخبرة التقنية، والبيع الاستشاري، وإدارة العلاقات لتأمين الأعمال من العملاء، والاستشاريين، والمقاولين، والمقاولين الفرعيين، مع ضمان التوافق مع ربحية الشركة، والامتثال، ومعايير التسليم.

2. المسؤوليات والمحاسبة الرئيسية
  • تطوير الأعمال ونمو المبيعات: تحديد وتطوير وإغلاق فرص المبيعات B2B في قطاع المنتجات الكهربائية. بناء وإدارة أنبوب مبيعات مؤهل عبر المشاريع، والحسابات الرئيسية، والعملاء الاستراتيجيين. تحقيق الأهداف الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية المخصصة (القيمة، والهامش، والحجم). توسيع الوجود في السوق عن طريق اختراق حسابات جديدة، ومشاريع، وقطاعات.
  • العميل، الاستشاري والمشاركة في المشاريع: إجراء زيارات ميدانية منتظمة للعملاء النهائيين / المطورين، والمقاولين الكهربائيين، والمقاولين الفرعيين، والاستشاريين. تقديم مجموعة منتجات مصنع أضواء والقدرات التقنية. التأثير على المواصفات والموافقات خلال مراحل التصميم، والعطاء، والتنفيذ.
  • الدعم الفني والتجاري: تقديم العروض الفنية وتطوير الاقتباسات التجارية بما يتماشى مع متطلبات العميل. توفير التنسيق الفني قبل وبعد البيع لضمان رضا العملاء.
  • التفاوض وإغلاق العقود: قيادة المفاوضات ضمن حدود السلطة المعتمدة. التأكد من أن العقود تلبي معايير الربحية والمخاطر.
