Our Sales Specialists are at the forefront of our commitment to customer service, providing expert recommendations and demonstrating our range of beauty products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and guide them in finding the right beauty products for their needs.
- Demonstrate and recommend products, explaining their benefits and application techniques.
- Stay informed about beauty trends and products to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves.
- Achieve personal and store sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Participate in training to continuously improve selling skills and remain updated on new products.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
