Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential individuals for the training academy's programs.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential students to understand their specific training and development requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual learners for repeat business or referrals.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the training academy's programs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and successfully close sales.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to meet student expectations.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide post-sales support to maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or education.
  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in the training or education sector.
  • Effective negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
  • Deep understanding of training programs and their alignment with student needs.
