Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage prospective clients through various channels.
- Maintain a robust client database and manage the sales pipeline.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide detailed property information.
- Assess client needs and propose suitable property options.
- Negotiate prices, finalize agreements, and assist with documentation.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive referrals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and submit periodic reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in real estate sales or customer-focused roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of real estate products and market trends.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
