Join Wooden Coffee as a Barista!
We are seeking a dedicated Barista for our location in Riyadh. This is a full-time position that requires a commitment to providing high-quality coffee and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages, ensuring consistent quality.
Follow recipes and operate espresso machines and equipment safely.
Take orders and handle payments at the register.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and guest area according to food safety guidelines.
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about the menu.
Restock supplies and support opening and closing procedures.
Collaborate with team members for smooth operations during peak and off-peak hours.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment handling.
Clear communication skills for professional interactions.
Understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
Basic math skills for handling cash and ensuring order accuracy.
Prior experience in a café or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
