About the role:
Join THG (Takara Hospitality Group) as a Burger Head Chef and lead the innovation and operations of our burger kitchen. We are dedicated to becoming a leader in the hospitality industry in Saudi Arabia, and we need a passionate chef to elevate our dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Development & Culinary Innovation: Research, develop, and execute a diverse burger menu, including classic and gourmet options. Innovate and test new concepts while respecting burger fundamentals.
  • Kitchen Leadership & Operations: Oversee daily kitchen operations, manage inventory, maintain food costing, and implement health & safety standards (HACCP). Train and mentor your kitchen team.
  • Quality & Consistency: Ensure every burger meets our standards for taste and presentation. Develop precise recipes and personally expedite during peak hours.

  • Weigh and package meat portions for service or storage.
