Parsons is seeking a highly experienced and vigilant Security Manager - Aviation to oversee and implement comprehensive security operations for a major airport development program, focusing on airfield and airside construction areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement site-wide security strategy in line with international standards and client requirements.
- Lead planning and enforcement of airside and landside access controls.
- Oversee deployment of security personnel and monitoring systems across the construction site.
- Ensure compliance with airside security regulations and protocols.
- Conduct regular threat and risk assessments related to construction activities.
- Establish emergency response protocols and lead incident investigations.
- Liaise with airport security authorities and maintain compliance with aviation regulations.
- Train and supervise a team of security personnel.
- Prepare reports summarizing security performance and incidents.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in security management, with at least 5 in aviation.
- Proven experience in large construction programs and airside access procedures.
- Strong leadership and incident management skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
