• Develop and manage both paid and organic marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Collaborate with content teams to optimize SEO strategies and create high-quality, engaging content.
• Analyze campaign performance using data analytics to identify trends and optimize marketing spend.
• Provide leadership to the digital marketing team, offering guidance and inspiration.

Desired Candidate Profile
To excel in this role, you should have:

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Significant experience in a Marketing Manager position.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• A thorough understanding of digital marketing (PPC, SEO, online advertising).
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
