Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of marketing? We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and drive commercial success at LEAP East. This role provides an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in brand development, customer segmentation, and multi-channel marketing optimization.

Your Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will:
  • Own and implement marketing strategy for inbound and outbound campaigns, ensuring alignment with our commercial objectives.
  • Drive online traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions through effective campaign execution.
  • Develop and manage both paid and organic marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Collaborate with content teams to optimize SEO strategies and create high-quality, engaging content.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics to identify trends and optimize marketing spend.
  • Provide leadership to the digital marketing team, offering guidance and inspiration.

Desired Candidate Profile
To excel in this role, you should have:
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
  • Significant experience in a Marketing Manager position.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • A thorough understanding of digital marketing (PPC, SEO, online advertising).
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Desirable Skills
You will stand out if you have:
  • Experience with marketing automation technology (preferably Eloqua).
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms.
  • Experience in social media management and marketing analytics platforms (*, Google Analytics).
  • Event marketing experience, especially in the tech sector.
