About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Night Operations Manager to lead and oversee all hotel operations during the overnight shift. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction, and upholding brand standards across all departments during the night.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience and handle any issues or complaints promptly
  • Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments on duty
  • Review and oversee night audit processes and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and emergency procedures
  • Act as the Manager on Duty during overnight hours
  • Coordinate with department heads for seamless shift handovers
  • Maintain and enforce brand standards at all times

Preferred Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role or as Night Manager within a luxury hotel environment
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Solid understanding of hotel operations and night audit procedures
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Proficiency in PMS systems
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

  • Extensive knowledge of FIDIC Contracts and local Saudi procurement laws.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.

المحاسب العام هو الموظف المسؤول عن تسجيل وتحليل جميع المعاملات المالية داخل المؤسسة. يقوم المحاسب العام بإعداد التقارير المالية اليومية والشهرية، ويشرف على تنفيذ جميع العمليات المحاسبية وفقًا للمعايير المعتمدة. كما يتعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لضمان دقة الحسابات والالتزام باللوائح المالية والتشريعات المحلية والدولية.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

  • تسجيل المعاملات المالية اليومية مثل الإيرادات والمصروفات.
  • إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والسنوية وتحليل البيانات المالية.
  • ضمان الالتزام بالمعايير المحاسبية واللوائح المالية.
  • مراجعة الفواتير والتأكد من صحتها ومطابقتها مع السجلات المالية.
  • مراقبة حسابات العملاء والموردين وضمان دقة المعاملات.
  • إجراء التسويات البنكية وضمان التوازن بين السجلات البنكية والمحاسبية.
  • إعداد البيانات المالية اللازمة للمديرين والإدارة العليا.
  • المساعدة في إعداد الميزانية العامة والرقابة على النفقات.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

  • شهادة جامعية  او دبلوم في المحاسبة أو المالية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 2 سنوات في المحاسبة العامة.
  • إلمام تام باستخدام برامج المحاسبة وأنظمة ERP وغيرها من البرامج ذات العلاقة المحاسبية 
  • قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف في مواعيدها.

المهارات المطلوبة:

  • مهارات تحليلية قوية.
  • دقة في التعامل مع الأرقام والمعلومات المالية.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية للعمل مع الفرق والإدارة.
