Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Identify market opportunities within the training sector.
- Plan and manage sales teams effectively.
- Conduct client meetings and present training solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and client relationship management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the training and development industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in professional communication tools and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
