Your Key Responsibilities:

• Drive eRetailers sales target achievement by category.
• Ensure the accuracy of demand planning and master data cleaning.

Collaboration:

• Engage with the CDT and regional eCommerce team to define effective ways of working.
• Plan and execute all innovations in collaboration with CDT and A&P.
• Partner to identify category growth opportunities within companies.

eRetailers Management:

• Conduct business reviews with eRetailers and set clear objectives.
• Develop and manage long-term relationships with eRetailers.
• Define strategic direction and ensure execution aligns with business plans.

Reporting:

• Monitor business performance and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct monthly evaluations and share competitor activity insights.

Execution:

• Plan MIP in alignment with category objectives.
• Implement monthly initiatives and promotions driving category success.

Financial Management:

• Manage eRetailers financials and ensure proper documentation.
• Leverage sell-out data to enhance return on investment.
