المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تصميم المواد البصرية مثل الكتيبات والإعلانات والمعلومات الرسومية والعروض التقديمية.
  • إعداد المحتوى البصري لوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والمنصات الرقمية.
  • التعاون مع الفرق التسويقية والإعلامية لتلبية متطلبات المشروع.
  • تطوير وتعزيز الهوية البصرية للمنظمة بانتظام.
  • مراجعة وتحسين التصاميم بناءً على الملاحظات.
  • تنظيم وإدارة ملفات وأرشيفات التصميم.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات التصميم.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في تصميم الجرافيك أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن عامين في تصميم الجرافيك.
  • إجادة استخدام Adobe Photoshop وIllustrator وInDesign.
  • إبداع قوي واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • فهم جيد لمبادئ التصميم الطباعي والرقمي.

المهارات المطلوبة:
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
  • تفكير إبداعي مع حلول تصميم فريدة.
  • إدارة الوقت وتنظيم المهام.
  • وعي باتجاهات التصميم الحديثة.

Join Our Team as a Senior Graphic Designer!

Malaa | ملاءة is looking for a passionate Senior Graphic Designer who is a visual storyteller. In this pivotal role, you will translate complex wealth-management ideas into engaging graphics across various platforms including web, mobile, social, and pitch decks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the concepting and production of graphics for campaigns, product launches, investor materials, and thought-leadership content.
  • Evolve and enforce the brand style guide to ensure cohesive visuals company-wide.
  • Collaborate with the Content Lead and Product teams to translate briefs into static, motion, or interactive assets.
  • Oversee the creative workflow, managing scoping, timelines, feedback, and final delivery.
  • Mentor junior designers and contractors while sharing best practices in design thinking.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and proactively introduce new ideas and tools.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience with a portfolio showcasing brand system work and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Ability to independently manage projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.

Nice to Have:
  • Motion design or micro-interaction skills.
  • Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS) for collaboration with development teams.
