About the Role:
As a Project Coordinator in the Real Estate Sector at Roaya, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of real estate development projects. Your primary responsibility will involve coordinating various administrative and on-site activities among stakeholders including engineering teams, contractors, consultants, and finance departments. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate between technical teams to facilitate smooth execution of project phases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Civil or Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support within real estate or construction projects.
• Basic knowledge of real estate development and construction processes.
• Familiarity with project management tools (*, Microsoft Project, Primavera).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in Arabic and English; familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit is preferred.
