Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of modernization and off-portfolio replacement inquiries, from initial contact to project completion.
• Prepare detailed estimates and issue quotations for unit upgrades and modernization projects.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and engage regularly to understand their needs.
• Secure orders for modernization projects, integrating them into existing service frameworks.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of elevator units and maintain strong customer partnerships.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely communication.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
• Utilize advanced sales tools to track opportunities and manage sales forecasts.
• Conduct complex sales negotiations to successfully close deals.
• Collaborate with team members for cohesive project execution and client satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Vertical Transportation (VT) sales, focusing on modernization.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
