Key Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and managing a positive first impression
- Handling incoming calls and scheduling appointments
- Managing customer inquiries and providing necessary information
- Performing general clerical duties to maintain an organized front desk
- Ensuring seamless communication between staff and clients
Qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette and experience in receptionist duties
- Proficiency in clerical skills including data entry, scheduling, and filing
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional demeanor with multi-tasking skills
- Familiarity with office software and systems is an advantage
