الهدف من الوظيفة:

استلام المدفوعات من الزبائن بدقة وسرعة، إصدار الفواتير، وتقديم خدمة عملاء مميزة، بما يضمن رضا الزبائن وتحقيق انسيابية في عملية البيع.


المهام والمسؤوليات:

1. استقبال الزبائن بشكل لبق وودّي.

2. إدخال تفاصيل المشتريات وإصدار الفواتير بدقة.

3. استلام المدفوعات النقدية أو عبر وسائل الدفع الإلكترونية.

4. التأكد من مطابقة المبالغ المستلمة مع قيمة الفاتورة.

5. حفظ السجلات اليومية للمبيعات والمعاملات.

6. تسليم العهدة النقدية في نهاية الوردية للمسؤول المباشر.

7. التعامل مع استفسارات وشكاوى العملاء بطريقة احترافية.

8. الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب منطقة المحاسبة
