About the Role

W Hotels is seeking an F&B Service Expert (IRD Order Taker) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on delivering a memorable and unique guest experience, with food and drinks being a key component.

Role Overview

As an F&B Service Expert, you will take initiative to provide a wide range of services to ensure guests enjoy their dining experience. This includes tasks such as setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies. Your role is to make transactions feel like an integral part of the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting tables to prepare for guest service.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen staff regarding orders and guest needs.
• Interacting with guests to take orders and provide service.
• Serving food and beverages to guests.
• Cleaning work areas and maintaining the organization of supplies.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role requires you to be on your feet and moving for extended periods, which may involve standing, sitting, or walking over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. You will be required to read and visually verify menu information. The position also involves a hands-on approach to work, including the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, is also part of the physical requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:

• Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No specific licenses or certifications are mandated for this position.
