About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Hostess to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves creating a welcoming environment for guests and contributing to memorable dining experiences. The role requires a proactive approach to guest service and operational support within a hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations, and coordinate seating arrangements to create a positive initial impression.
• Efficiently manage guest flow by overseeing table allocations, waiting lists, and guest requests to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Provide attentive guest service by assisting with inquiries, accommodating special requests, and contributing to a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate closely with service and kitchen teams to maintain effective communication and support overall guest satisfaction.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting areas, ensuring menus and host stand materials are presentable.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation procedures, upholding standards for guest and team member well-being.

Qualifications and Experience

This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience. A foundational understanding of hospitality principles is beneficial. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent guest service and supporting team objectives.
