About the Human Resources Specialist Role

Fastlo is seeking a motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-1 year of experience looking to contribute to daily HR operations and support employees throughout their tenure. Core Responsibilities

The Human Resources Specialist will manage and oversee essential personnel administration procedures and maintain accurate employee records. Key duties include monitoring attendance, leave requests, and working hours, as well as preparing, reviewing, and processing monthly payroll with precision and timeliness. This role also involves coordinating with internal departments to meet HR operational needs and preparing various HR letters, reports, and employee-related documentation.

Key Duties and Compliance

A significant aspect of this position involves ensuring strict compliance with company policies and all applicable labor laws. The specialist will actively support HR initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
