About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the sales strategies and execution within the travel and tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Define and develop marketing and sales objectives and the methods to achieve them.
  • Estimate expected sales volume and translate objectives into actionable sales plans.
  • Propose sales policies and oversee their implementation.
  • Develop and evaluate promotional programs.
  • Engage with customers to understand and address their needs and challenges.
  • Track competitor activities and their sales programs to mitigate potential risks.
  • Evaluate the performance of sales representatives and assess the achievement of sales objectives.
  • Propose corrective plans and procedures to optimize sales performance.

Sales Strategy and Reporting

This role involves developing and implementing sales policies, ensuring their consistent application. A key aspect is the evaluation of sales results, which requires the preparation and presentation of specialized documents and reports. These reports will be saved in the designated database according to established procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates are expected to prepare detailed sales-related documents and reports. The role requires the ability to present and clarify appropriate recommendations and suitable solutions. All documentation must be saved in the dedicated database in compliance with approved policies and procedures.
