About the Sales Specialist Role

Diamond Dent Trading is seeking a Sales Specialist to join its team in Riyadh and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for a commercially driven Saudi Dentist with 0-1 years of experience who is prepared to engage with dental professionals and drive business growth within the assigned territories.

Role Purpose and Contribution

The Sales Specialist will play a key role in promoting Diamond Dent's portfolio of dental products and solutions. This involves building and maintaining strong relationships with dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers, while educating clinicians on innovative dental solutions to expand the company's market presence and achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Diamond Dent's dental products and solutions to dental clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
• Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with dentists, specialists, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical discussions with customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial agreements, and follow up until successful order closure.
• Provide product education and technical support to customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports.
• Represent Diamond Dent at exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and professional events.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi National only.
• 0-1 years of professional experience.
• Valid professional registration/licensure (Dentist background preferred).
• Valid Saudi driving license.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen with a customer-focused mindset.

Work Location

This full-time position requires the candidate to be living in either Riyadh or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, covering sales activities across both cities within the Riyadh region.
