About the Role

TBK International is seeking a Secretary to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for providing essential administrative support and organizing daily company operations. The role requires strong multitasking abilities and effective communication with both colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling appointments and meetings for staff and management.
  • Coordinating appointments and schedules between different departments.
  • Preparing various documents and reports as required.
  • Maintaining organized and up-to-date filing systems.
  • Providing general administrative support to managers and employees.
  • Organizing and facilitating meetings.
  • Recording and distributing meeting minutes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • 0-1 year of experience in an administrative or secretarial capacity.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated ability to schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare reports.
  • Effective multitasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide professional administrative support.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working within a professional office environment.
