About the Executive Secretary Role

Lawazem Industrial Advanced Company is seeking an Executive Secretary / Reporting & Administrative Specialist to join our team in Medina. This full-time position is responsible for streamlining operations and supporting administrative functions within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate administrative and operational reports.
• Perform accurate data entry.
• Organize and maintain files and documentation.
• Support daily office activities and operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Relevant experience in executive secretarial roles and report preparation is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel, is essential.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher diploma is necessary.
• The role is suited for a mid-career professional with 2 to 5 years of experience.
• Previous experience in the industrial sector is preferred.

Work Details

This is a full-time position based in Medina. The offered salary range is SAR 3,750 to SAR 5,625 per month.
