Role
As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Logistics Director at Trojena. This position requires an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who can handle a wide variety of administrative and executive support tasks, manage projects, and coordinate logistics activities. The role involves managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing reports, coordinating communications, and assisting with strategic logistics initiatives that align with the project's vision for a sustainable and innovative Logistics network.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Logistics Director, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily activities, ensuring the Senior Logistics Director is prepared for meetings, presentations, and other engagements.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Senior Logistics Director and internal/external stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners.

  • Organize travel arrangements for the Logistics Director, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation logistics for business trips.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and meetings involving the Logistics Director, ensuring all logistical needs are met.
  • Assist in managing external events or site visits by preparing materials, coordinating schedules, and ensuring all details are arranged in advance.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role, preferably in logistics, transportation, or related industries.
  • Experience supporting senior executives, including managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and multi-faceted projects.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with logistics or supply chain management is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and documents.

The Role
The Cluster Director of Food and Beverage Operations is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the development, strategic positioning, and day-to-day operations of all stand-alone Food and Beverage assets under Red Sea Global Hospitality (RSGH) management. This position demands a visionary leader with a strong operational acumen, creative flair, and an in-depth understanding of luxury hospitality to ensure the highest standards of service excellence and profitability across all F&B venues.

Key Areas of Responsibilities
  • Strategic Development and Positioning: Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for all stand-alone F&B assets in Amaala, ensuring alignment with RSGH's vision and brand standards. Collaborate with the senior leadership team to create and position unique, world-class dining experiences that reflect the luxury standards of Amaala and resonate with target audiences. Oversee the design and conceptualization of new F&B venues, ensuring each concept is innovative, market-relevant, and aligned with Amaala’s overall brand ethos.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the seamless operation of all F&B venues, maintaining the highest levels of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. Develop and implement standard operating procedures across all F&B venues to ensure consistency and operational efficiency. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement in service delivery, profitability, and overall guest experience.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork. Ensure continuous training and development programs are in place to enhance team skills and knowledge, in line with RSGH’s commitment to career progression and staff retention. Collaborate closely with the HR department to attract and retain top talent in the industry.

نحن نبحث عن موظف علاقات عامة (PRO) ذو خبرة ونشيط للانضمام إلى فريقنا في المملكة العربية السعودية. سيكون الموظف مسؤولاً عن التعامل مع جميع الوثائق الحكومية والتواصل مع السلطات المعنية لضمان الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح المحلية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • معالجة وتجديد التأشيرات، الإقامات، تصاريح العمل، والوثائق الحكومية الأخرى للموظفين.
  • ضمان امتثال الشركة للوائح الحكومية ومتابعة تحديثات السياسات الجديدة.
  • التواصل مع مختلف الجهات الحكومية، بما في ذلك وزارة العمل، التأمينات الاجتماعية، الغرفة التجارية، والسلطات الأخرى.
  • إعداد وتقديم التقارير، والمستندات القانونية، والطلبات كما هو مطلوب.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات جميع المعاملات الحكومية وضمان التجديدات في الوقت المناسب.
  • التعامل مع التسجيلات، الترخيص، والمستندات القانونية للشركة.
  • البقاء على اطلاع بسياسات الحكومة والتغييرات التنظيمية.

المتطلبات:
  • مواطن سعودي (وفقًا لمتطلبات التوظيف للسعوديين).
  • خبرة 3 سنوات أو أكثر كموظف علاقات عامة أو موظف علاقات حكومية.
  • معرفة قوية بمعالجة التأشيرات، وإدارة الإقامات، وقوانين العمل السعودية.
  • خبرة في العمل مع مقيم، التأمينات الاجتماعية، قوى، والغرفة التجارية.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
  • رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية.

As a Hotel Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring the seamless integration of various departments and operational functions. Responsibilities include:

  • Revenue Management: Collaborate on pricing strategies and analyze market trends.
  • Brand & Reputation Management: Maintain the hotel’s reputation and manage relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Innovation & Sustainability: Drive sustainable practices throughout the hotel.

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hotel Manager in a luxury hotel setting is essential, along with strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
