About the Role:
The Events Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating all facets of event planning. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating venue selection, logistics, catering, and audiovisual needs.
• Maintaining strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and event partners.
• Creating and managing event budgets with a focus on cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Collaborating with internal teams to meet event objectives.
• Conducting site inspections and negotiating contracts.
• Innovating event concepts that resonate with clients and brand identity.
• Managing on-site operations and problem-solving as needed.
• Preparing detailed reports post-event for stakeholders.
• Adhering to safety regulations and company policies throughout all phases of event management.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:

• A diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Events Management.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination, or 1 year in a similar role with proven success.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills capable of multitasking.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• A flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend events.
• Experience with event management software is a plus.
