Responsibilities:

• Guest Service Excellence: Provide courteous, professional food and beverage service at all times, anticipating guest needs and preferences to exceed expectations.
• Operations: Serve and clear food and beverage items efficiently, ensuring tables are set and maintained to service standards.
• Financial & Quality Standards: Support daily financial targets, following all financial procedures and maintaining compliance with quality benchmarks.
• Health, Safety & Hygiene: Ensure adherence to health and hygiene standards, including HACCP and emergency procedures.
• Teamwork & Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and management, attending necessary meetings and supporting other departments.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform additional duties as assigned and contribute to sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Open to Saudi Nationals only.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent guest engagement skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
