About the Role

ASAS for Developing & Operating Industrial Cities is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on providing excellent service by applying and implementing high standards in communication and investor support. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls on the authority's unified number.
• Provide excellent service by applying and implementing service standards in communication.
• Respond to investor inquiries and provide technical support to help solve problems related to products or services.
• Raise, follow up, and record tickets and complaints through the system.
• Enhance communication between relevant internal parties.
• Inform investors about the status of their previous and current requests.
• Adhere to quality requirements for Modon investors.
• Assist investors in registering their electronic requests.
• Send invoices and account statements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in customer service is required, with 2-5 years of experience.
• Minimum of a General Secondary School certificate; a diploma is preferred.
• Must be a Saudi national.
• Must be medically and physically fit.
• Must have good conduct and behavior.

Required Skills

• Strong customer service skills.
• Good language skills.
