Main Job Responsibilities:

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Gather market prices, delivery times, and trends to implement effective purchasing programs.
- Review orders and coordinate with finance for approvals.
- Implement cost-saving measures by confirming availability.
- Maintain detailed records of all CCTV cameras and manage procurement as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and maintain a 5S organized workspace.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders while upholding ethical standards.
- Minimum two years of experience in administrative roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
