Are you passionate about shaping the workforce of a reputable company? At Abunayef Honey, we are looking for a dedicated Recruitment and Training Specialist to implement effective recruitment strategies and training programs that align with the goals of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute recruitment and selection processes in alignment with the association’s operational needs.
- Prepare and announce job openings, coordinating with online platforms and recruitment agencies.
- Receive, screen resumes and schedule interviews for candidates.
- Design and implement training plans based on training needs analysis.
- Coordinate with internal and external training entities.
- Evaluate training impact and submit reports to management.
- Update employee databases and training records.
- Contribute to improving the work environment and attracting talent.
- Participate in executing initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and training.
- Proficiency in Human Resource systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Thorough understanding of Saudi labor law.
