Join Lely New Zealand Limited as a Warehouse Operator!
This role offers flexible part-time hours and is based in our Hamilton office. As the Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth running of our warehouse operations and administrative functions.

What You'll Be Doing:

Ensuring all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods are carried out accurately and on time.
Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports on stock levels and movements.
Assist with the processing of sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our warehouse and administrative processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Operator.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite.
Preferable current working knowledge with complex ERP system (Infor M3 preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A problem-solving mindset and a willingness to contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations.
A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
Hold a valid forklift license.
