Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits of vehicles to potential buyers.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies that enhance dealership performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts to track performance metrics.
  • Participate in dealership events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in automotive sales or related field with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a self-motivated, results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred to cater to a diverse customer base.
