Join Gold Apple as a Barista!
Gold Apple is a leading multinational beauty retailer known for its upscale ambiance and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to provide our customers with high-quality beverages and an enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and teas.
  • Ensure quality and consistency by following recipes and adhering to standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, take orders, answer questions, and make recommendations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Create a warm atmosphere by engaging with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain it in good condition.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Passion for coffee and knowledge of various brewing techniques.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on quality and cleanliness.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
