About the Role:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, interpreting data, and supporting strategic initiatives. You will work collaboratively to ensure effective communication and documentation throughout the various stages of project development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and document business requirements and workflows.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and project documentation.
- Support project tracking and contribute to training materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in business analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and process modeling (BPMN, UML).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
