As a Reservations Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in converting guest inquiries into confirmed bookings while providing exceptional, personalized service. Reporting to the Cluster Revenue and Distribution Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Actively converting bedroom inquiries into confirmed business.
- Responding promptly to communications from guests and travel agents.
- Preparing confirmation letters and processing cancellations or modifications with efficiency.
- Providing a professional demeanor that reflects the high standards of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and anticipate guest needs, delivering personalized experiences.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and local area to enhance guest relations.
- Maximize sales and occupancy through a sales-oriented approach.
- Input and update reservations meticulously while communicating special requests.
- Monitor advances deposit requirements and maintain guest profiles.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Hospitality Management or related field.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience with Opera PMS System preferred.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role is advantageous.
