About the RoleJoin شركة السليمي المتحدة as a Human Resources Operations Manager, where you will play a critical role in shaping HR strategies and ensuring efficient operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in setting main objectives and plans for HR operations while supervising all activities related to planning and organizing HR processes.
- Effectively manage employee relations within budget, and provide accurate reports on progress and challenges faced.
- Oversee daily operations of the employee relations department to ensure adherence to designed work processes and compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Manage the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet company requirements, department needs, and standards.
- Participate in routine inspections to ensure high safety and quality standards are maintained as necessary.
- Adapt and participate in any programs/changes including strategic and operational initiatives.
- Proactively seek relevant information related to the role both internally and externally to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about the context and the role within it to provide insights regarding opportunities or challenges.
Qualifications and Requirements- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Proficient in English.
