Join Hilton as a Cluster Head Baker!
As a Cluster Head Baker, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and supervising bakery operations across multiple properties within Hilton. Your leadership will ensure high standards of food preparation and consistency, ultimately leading to an excellent guest experience while assisting with food cost controls.

What will you be doing?
In this role, you will:

• Ensure all bakery preparation meets Hilton standards.
• Prepare and present high-quality bakery items for multiple outlets.
• Supervise and guide bakery staff across properties.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards.
• Assist in achieving positive outcomes from guest queries.
• Ensure all bakery ingredients are of good quality and stored correctly.
• Contribute to controlling costs and achieving financial targets.
• Support the training of bakery teams in line with company procedures.
• Promote and practice environmental awareness in bakery operations.

What are we looking for?
To succeed, you should possess:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior bakery role.
• Relevant trade or commercial cookery qualification.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
