As a Housekeeping Attendant, your primary role will focus on maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a satisfactory stay for all guests.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, your primary role will focus on maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a satisfactory stay for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect keys and daily assignments before preparing trolleys and necessary equipment.
- Maintain and clean guest rooms and bathrooms according to the hotel’s performance standards.
- Replenish room supplies and bathroom amenities to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Tidy and arrange guest belongings appropriately.
- Inform Valet Service for laundry and dry cleaning to uphold guest demands.
- Ensure the cleanliness of guest corridors and service areas.
- Report maintenance issues to the Engineering Department.
- Adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies of the hotel.
