This full-time, on-site position involves the accurate entry and maintenance of data within the company's databases, ensuring the integrity and consistency of data across various platforms.
Location: Jeddah, First Industrial City
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases with high accuracy.
- Verify data integrity and correct errors as necessary.
- Organize and manage files, records, and documents efficiently.
- Generate reports as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to support data-related needs.
- Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies.
- Work with ERP systems to manage data and operations.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher (Associate degree preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative tasks.
- Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or data-entry software.
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English, both spoken and written.
