Join Lucid Motors as a Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day operations at our plant in King Abdullah Economic City, Saudi Arabia, ensuring we adhere to high standards of Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement Lean Manufacturing processes to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.
Create a workplace environment that values employee contributions and promotes health and safety.
Drive world-class quality for our luxury vehicles and resolve production defects effectively.
Analyze costs, schedule delays, and quality issues, and develop training plans for staff.
Set production goals and communicate them clearly to the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of automotive production supervision experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build cohesive teams and interact with senior management.
Knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma methods.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
