This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance with our Health & Safety Construction Plan and involves collaborating with various stakeholders to drive safety performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Health & Safety Construction Plans.
- Lead and manage the Health & Safety Management Team.
- Conduct Health & Safety Reviews and Risk assessments across all project phases.
- Maintain effective communication with project management regarding HSQE matters.
- Ensure compliance with NEOM’s Health & Safety Management System.
Experience & Qualifications:- 12+ years in Health & Safety Management.
- Knowledge of incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field or equivalent.
- Familiarity with ISO 450*******Standard.
