About the Customer Services Specialist Role

عيادات رام الطبية (RAM Medical Clinics) is seeking a Customer Services Specialist to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This is a full-time position for an individual with 0-1 years of experience in customer service. The role focuses on enhancing customer interaction and service quality within the organization.

Core Responsibilities

The Customer Services Specialist will be responsible for a range of duties aimed at optimizing customer service operations. This includes conducting specialized studies and analyses to establish and define key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance and quality standards in customer service, in coordination with the Quality Department. The role also involves participating in the development and updating of customer service procedures and guides, ensuring effective, efficient, and professional handling of customer requests and inquiries. A key aspect of the role is developing advanced programs and creative initiatives to exceed customer expectations and build an integrated customer service model.

Key Duties and Tasks

  • Conduct specialized studies and analyses to establish and define key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance and quality standards in customer service, in coordination with the Quality Department, and ensure continuous follow-up to guarantee the workflow is as required.
  • Participate in developing and updating customer service procedures and guides for all types, including their contact details, and effectively, efficiently, and professionally receive and respond to their requests and inquiries, coordinating with the relevant departments.
  • Develop advanced programs and creative initiatives to exceed customer expectations and needs in terms of the quality and professionalism of customer service systems, aiming to build an integrated customer service model.
  • Analyze information and data to identify strengths and weaknesses in customer service systems, analyze customer satisfaction evaluation results, identify recurring complaint patterns and gaps, and develop plans to address and fill these gaps.
  • Prepare specialized documents and reports related to customer service, provide appropriate recommendations and suitable solutions, present and clarify them, and save them in the relevant database according to approved policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates for this position should possess experience in customer service systems analysis and improvement. The ability to develop and implement customer service strategies is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, within the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The role operates within the medical clinic sector, focusing on customer service excellence.
